文摘:In this paper, the multi-layered LZ91/Al alloy composite materials were prepared by asynchronous accumulative roll bonding (AARB), and the effect of the multilayer structure on the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of the alloy was investigated. The result show that the number of LZ91 and Al layers increase exponentially with the increase of AARB passes, and the LZ91 layer and Al layer, α-Mg phase and β-Li phase in the alloy are arranged alternately. Besides, as the aggregate thickness of the Al layer increases in the AARB process, the electrical conductivity of the alloy also increases. Thish can effectively improve the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of the alloy.
参考中译:采用异步累积滚压(AARB)技术制备了LZ91/铝合金多层复合材料,研究了多层结构对LZ91/Al合金电磁屏蔽效能的影响。结果表明,随着AARB道次的增加,合金中LZ91层和Al层的数量呈指数增加,LZ91层和Al层、α-Mg相和β-Li相交替排列。此外,随着AARB过程中Al层聚集体厚度的增加,合金的电导率也随之增加。这可以有效地提高合金的电磁屏蔽效果。
